The rate shown above is the mid-market rate — the midpoint of interbank buy and sell quotes. It's the "true" rate before any provider's margin is added. Nobody actually transacts at this rate. Banks add 2-4%, transfer apps 0.5-1.5%, SummitFX 0.3-1.0% depending on size.
